Dr. Friedrich Froeschl, the CEO and General Partner of HI TEC INVEST, has previously served as a longstanding leading executive in the ICT sector. At Siemens AG he occupied numerous positions from Chairman and CEO of SBS (Siemens Business Services) to CIO of Siemens AG.
During the course of his career at Siemens he has been in charge of multi-billion dollar budgets, and covered all ICT related aspects including procurement, cost optimization, e-business and process management.
Prior to Siemens, Dr. Froeschl was CEO of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in Germany. Before that, he held positions as Vice President and Business Head at Digital Equipment Corporation and Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm (today EADS), respectively.
In addition, Dr. Froeschl is or has been a Member of the Board of several leading multinational companies.
